eCommerce mentor and consultant for Canadian Shopify brands.

If you run a Shopify or DTC brand in Canada and want a senior operator in your corner, that is what I do. I mentor founders and run Meta ads, Google Ads and Klaviyo for brands in Canada and the US. I have built two 7-figure brands of my own, so the advice comes from someone who has spent his own money.

Looking for an eCommerce mentor in Canada?

I mentor Canadian Shopify and DTC founders one-on-one, and I can also run your Meta, Google and Klaviyo for you. You get an operator with 20 years of eCommerce behind him, working on your business day.

Canadian brands deal with things US advice ignores: a smaller home market where Meta audiences tire faster, selling into the US with shipping, duties and currency eating margin, and pricing in CAD and USD at the same time. I plan for all of that instead of copy-pasting a US playbook.

And I know this market firsthand. I lived in Canada for about three years, on and off, and one of my brands was based out of Vancouver for about 15 years. That is also why my site is a .ca. Today I work remotely, over Zoom, Slack and shared dashboards, on North American hours.

Where I help Canadian brands most

Canada has its own problems that US playbooks skip. These are the ones I see most.

Selling into the US

USD pricing, shipping and duties shown clearly, landed-cost messaging and separate campaigns, so the US becomes a growth market instead of a margin leak.

★

Meta in a smaller market

Canadian audiences saturate faster. That means more creative testing, smarter frequency and knowing when to open the US.

Questions Canadian founders ask

If you are looking for help growing a Canadian store, this is probably what you are wondering.

Who is a good eCommerce mentor for a Shopify store in Canada?

Look for someone who has run their own stores, not only taught about them, and who understands selling from Canada into the US. I have built two 7-figure brands, sold one, and I mentor Canadian founders one-on-one, starting with a free 60-minute strategy call.

Why is your site a .ca? What is your connection to Canada?

I lived in Canada for about three years, on and off, and one of my brands was based out of Vancouver for about 15 years. So I know the Canadian market from the inside: the customers, the smaller audiences, shipping across a huge country and selling into the US from here.

Are you based in Canada now?

Not anymore. I work remotely on North American business hours, Eastern and Pacific. Everything runs over Zoom, Slack and shared dashboards, so you get the same access a local consultant would give you, usually faster.

Can you help my Canadian Shopify store sell into the US?

Yes. That is one of the most common growth moves I work on: USD pricing, showing shipping and duties clearly, separate US campaigns on Meta and Google, and email segmented by country so each market gets the right offer.

Do you run ads for Canadian brands or only advise?

Both. Some founders want mentorship and keep running things themselves. Others want me to run Meta ads, Google and Klaviyo hands-on, or own the whole plan as a fractional CMO.

Do you work with Quebec brands?

Yes. I work in English. For French-language ads and emails I work with your team or a translator so the creative reads native, not machine-translated.

How does the free strategy call work?

It is a free 60-minute one-on-one call booked on your time zone. Bring your store, ad account and biggest question, and you will leave with real clarity whether or not we keep working together.
